Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing this website and using the services of Whizzy Digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of Ghana.

2. Services

Whizzy Digital provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Local SEO
• Local Lead Generation
• Google Business Profile Optimization
• Website Design
• Google Ads Management
• WhatsApp Lead Generation
• Citations & Link Building
• Social Media Marketing
• Social Media Management

The specific scope of any engagement is set out in the package you select and confirmed during onboarding.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change on reasonable notice. The Local Growth Package is billed at $599 for the first month and $299 per month thereafter for up to two locations, plus $99 per month for each additional location. The Lead Boost Package starts from $299. The Social Engagement Package is $199 per month per platform with a two-platform minimum.

Advertising spend on Google, Meta, TikTok or any other platform is separate from our management fees and is quoted separately. Where possible, ad spend is billed directly to your own platform account.

There is no setup fee. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of engagement.

4. Term and cancellation

Our retainers run month to month with no lock-in period. Either party may end the engagement by giving notice before the next billing date. Work already performed and third-party costs already committed remain payable.

On termination we hand over access to accounts and assets created for you, including your Google Business Profile, advertising accounts, website and domain where these are in your name.

5. Client responsibilities

To deliver our services we need you to:

• Provide timely access to accounts, assets and information we reasonably request
• Respond to enquiries generated by campaigns within a reasonable period
• Approve content and campaign materials where approval is required
• Ensure any material you supply does not infringe third-party rights

6. Results and expectations

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, positions or lead volumes. Search engine and advertising platform algorithms are controlled by third parties and change without notice. We commit to the work described in your package and to reporting honestly on what changed.

7. Limitation of liability

Whizzy Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or this website. Our total liability in connection with an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Whizzy Digital and is protected by applicable copyright law. Work products created for a client transfer to that client on payment of the relevant fees.

9. Third-party platforms

Our services depend on third-party platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for changes to those platforms' policies, pricing, availability or algorithms, including account suspensions imposed by them.

10. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately on posting to this website, and the "last updated" date above will reflect the revision.
