Whizzy Digital has been named Best Marketing Agency in USA & EMEA by the Stellar Business Awards. The recognition covers a competitive field across two large regions, and it went to a team that works out of Kumasi.

We want to say what that does and does not mean, because agency awards are easy to over-sell.

What the award recognises

The Stellar Business Awards assess agencies on the substance of their client work rather than on portfolio aesthetics. For us that meant our local SEO programme: the bundled Local Growth Package, the multi-branch healthcare work across Accra, Kumasi, Ho and Takoradi, and the build specification we use for client websites — topical architecture, 20+ schema types, and the AI-agent-ready markdown layer that lets ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini read and cite a business.

That last part was the piece we were least sure would be understood. AI search readiness is still treated as a novelty by a lot of the industry, and we have spent two years arguing that it is infrastructure. Having it counted as a differentiator in an international assessment was quietly satisfying.

Why an award from outside Ghana matters here

There is a specific problem this helps with. Ghanaian businesses shopping for a marketing agency have almost no reliable way to verify claims. Anyone can say they rank clients. Anyone can show a screenshot. Buyers have been burned often enough that scepticism is the default, and rightly so.

An independent assessment by a body with no stake in our client relationships is one of the few externally checkable signals available. It sits alongside the things you can verify yourself: our Google rating, the live profiles of businesses we manage, and whether the guides on this site tell you anything genuinely useful before you have paid us anything.

What this does not mean

It does not mean guaranteed rankings, and we still will not promise them. Any agency that guarantees a number-one position is telling you something they cannot control.
